There are two lovely walks you can take at the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, NJ. One is the Stations of the Cross. There is also the Rosary Walk.

This status is neither a pat on the back nor an honor bestowed. It is, rather, the provision of a tremendous aid for our work and a clarion call to get busy.

The National Blue Army Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Dear Friend of Our Lady's Apostolate,

Your prayers and your generosity have helped many thousands of people you don't know about! The Message of Fatima is a message of Hope and each year it bears more and more fruit. You have been vital to the tremendous success we have had as we celebrate our first 5 years as a Public Association of the Faithful. At the request and under the guidance of the Holy Father Pope John Paul II, we took the steps necessary to raise the status of the World Apostolate of Fatima to the highest level available to a lay organization within our Church.

No other major Fatima organization in the US does its work under the authority of the Church, except the well respected Fatima Family Apostolate, founded by Father Robert Fox. We are the only Pontifical Association, which means that we are officially part of the Catholic Church and we speak with ecclesiastical authority on the Message of Fatima.

This decree was bestowed upon us by the Holy See under the Pontifical Council for the Laity. This is not a badge of honor; this is a call to even higher responsibility. Responsibility to help people Learn, Live and Spread Our Lady of Fatima's Message of Hope in communion with the Church and in a world that is suffering from the ravages of spiritual decay.

During these difficult times, your support has given us the spiritual and financial nourishment vital to spreading Our Lady's Message to millions of people throughout a confused and troubled world. Her Message provides us with a clear path towards the salvation of souls and world peace; a path that requires much prayer, penance, sacrifice, and commitment to the word of Our Lord. Our Blessed Mother promised us that if we followed her path many souls would be saved and we would enter an era of peace before degeneration leads to the annihilation of nations. The Message of Fatima and the work of Our Lady's Apostolate are More Important Now than Ever!

At the Mass in St. Peter's on May 13th, 2006, Pope Benedict XVI expressed hope that the message of Fatima will be "Increasingly Accepted, Understood and Lived in Every Community" At the Shrine in Fatima, Portugal on May 13, 2010 , the Holy Father said, "We Would Be Mistaken to Think that Fatima's Prophetic Message is Complete."

What have you done to support Pope Benedict XVI's hope that the world will embrace Our Lady's Message? Perhaps more than you think, your generosity and support and Our Lady's guidance have enabled us to exceed our expectations during our 5th year as a Public Association of the Faithful!

A few highlights of what your generosity during these difficult times has made possible:

Shrine

· Many Spiritual and Physical improvements resulted in a rejuvenation of the National Blue Army Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Washington, NJ dedicated to spreading Our Lady's Message. Approximately 82,000 pilgrims visited the shrine this season attending a record number of spiritual events. Pilgrims of all ages put their daily troubles behind them and recharged their spiritual batteries, either during a day visit, or a full retreat. Prayer, confession, penance, sacrifice, and the Holy Eucharist are practiced daily along with devotion to our Lord and His Blessed Mother.



National Volunteers - WAF, USA Divisions

· Existing Divisions have grown and new Divisions have been established to bring Our Lady's Message of Hope to Parishes throughout the US. Many thousands of hearts have been touched by Fatima talks, the National Pilgrim Virgin Statue Tour, Showings of Fatima movies and many other activities by our volunteers and their Church activities.



History Channel

· The Message of Fatima is for all people and for all time. Our Lady blessed us by allowing 5 key authorities from the Apostolate speak to the authentic Message of Fatima on the History Channel Special, "Fatima's Lost Prophecy." This compelling documentary has been shown over and over again to an audience that typically does not hear the authentic Message of Fatima.



Reaching Many Millions

- EWTN TV, Radio and SOUL Magazine - 2010
Our Lady has truly blessed our Apostolate this year; we have been able to reach many millions of people with the authentic Message of Fatima as taught by our Holy Church.

· On October 18th, 2009, the World Apostolate of Fatima sponsored a day at the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, NJ where One Hundred Million Prayers were sent to heaven for Life and Peace. We sponsored 13 hours of broadcast time on EWTN TV so millions could relearn, or be introduced to the message of Fatima, as we offered Holy Mass and Prayer, renowned speakers and Prayer for Life and Peace. Similar events were held throughout the world.

· The National Blue Army Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Apostolate and the Message of Fatima was featured many times on the new EWTN TV show "The Faithful Traveler" hosted by Diana Von Glahn.

· We were recently featured on EWTN's "Sunday Night Live" guest hosted by Father Andrew Apostoli, CFR. And we have delivered Our Lady's Message on countless radio programs.

· Soul Magazine is not designed to accompany a fundraising appeal its purpose is to save SOULS. Hundreds of thousands of copies of this award winning magazine touch people's hearts each year.

NEW Fatima Movie -"FATIMA"

We are also pleased to announce that the authentic messages, secrets, prophesies, and miracles are poignantly revealed in the new film, "FATIMA," distributed by the Apostolate. The Apostolate was also the consultant for this film that changes lives!

We just received rights to release this compelling movie on DVD. So many people have written or called to tell me how this film has changed their life, or the life of someone they love. I pray that it touches millions more as the world responds to Our Lady's Message of Hope and as we again, turn back to God and show Him our love for Him, His Blessed Mother and for each other in our words, thoughts, actions and deeds.
