O Mary, I consecrate myself to you,
Daughter of the Father,
Spouse of the Holy Spirit,
Mother of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.
I will wear your Scapular always
as a sign of this consecration, and
I offer my daily Rosary and the fulfillment of the obligations of each day
in reparation for sins,
particularly those against
your Immaculate Heart, and
against the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

He walked out of the tomb back into the world.

After His ascension and the arrival of the Spirit He promised, His disciples, drawing strength and nourishment from the Precious Body and Blood He left them, spread His Gospel far and wide.
Many there were who embraced it, lived it and shared it with others.

But alas, just as God's people during Old Testament times first followed then rejected Him, we of New Testament times have done the same. Left in freedom to our own designs we've made a mess of the world. Souls are being lost to hell and wars and all manner of man's inhumanity to man abound.

In 1917 at Fatima, Portugal Our Heavenly Mother - "Queen of Prophets" - was sent as a prophet for our times with a message from heaven to save us from ourselves - to save our souls from hell and bring peace to our world. Her message is known as The Message of Fatima, and its delivery to the world is essential for the survival of the world as we know it and for the salvation of our souls.

The World Apostolate of Fatima strongly encourages all to participate in the USCCB's (Religious Liberty & Conscience Rights) prayer campaign.

The Administrative Committee of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), at its March 13-14 meeting in Washington, called for a nationwide prayer campaign for protection of religious freedom and conscience rights from several threats, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services mandate that forces employers, including religious ones, to provide contraception/sterilization in their health plans.

"We call upon the Catholic faithful, and all people of faith, throughout our country to join us in prayer and penance for our leaders and for the restoration of our First Freedom-religious liberty-which is not only protected in the laws and customs of our great Nation, but rooted in the teachings of our great Tradition," the bishops said in "United for Religious Freedom" a March 14 statement. "Prayer is the ultimate source of our strength-for without God, we can do nothing; but with God, all things are possible."

The following prayers may be used in solidarity with the bishops' call to penance and prayer to restore religious freedom & conscience protections.

All of us at the apostolate's National Headquarters and on the National Board of Trustees wish to express our deep and sincere gratitude: V  For the many prayers, penances and sacrifices offered for the good of the apostolate by so many; V  For the moral support of the apostolate's efforts throughout 2011; V  For those who contribute to the content, layout and publication of Soul Magazine; V  For the help of so many dedicated volunteers at the National Shrine; V  For the assistance rendered by so many to our many Diocesan Divisions throughout the country; and V  For the financial contributions of so many which make the work of the apostolate possible. Whom we adore and acknowledge to be our Sovereign Lord,
come and take birth in our hearts;
And may the message His Holy Mother delivered to the world at Fatima in 1917 soon be taken to heart by all so that the peace on earth wished for mankind by the angels at Bethlehem and echoed by the Angel of Peace at Fatima may finally come to our world and the salvation of souls be achieved.

Look for the Nostradamus Effect: Fatima's Lost Prophecy, this is a one hour segment of a 13 part series that has aired many times on the US History Channel. Showings by time zone are: ET 1pm, 7pm, CT 12pm, 6pm, MT 11am, 5pm, PT 1pm, 7pm.

In 1917, three young shepherd children from the small town of Fatima, Portugal, claim to be instruments of divine prophecy. The children report being visited by the Virgin Mary. Three haunting visions of death and destruction are revealed, but the children are forbidden to give details. Two of the children die within three years of receiving their visions. The third, Lucia, shares the three "secrets" with the Vatican. The Vatican debates the girl's stories.

Could three children from a poor town have really been touched by divinity? And what of the visions? Lucia claimed the first vision revealed souls burning in a fiery hell. The second foretold the outbreak of World War II and the dangers of Communism. But the third was guarded closely by the Vatican until the year 2000. The final Fatima prophecy revealed an angel with a flaming sword setting the world on fire.
